Service Transfer: If your new address falls within our serviceable area, we can transfer your existing connection to the new location. However, if it is a non-serviceable area, we will not be able to continue your broadband services there. 2. Disconnection Process: You will need to request a disconnection of your connection through our customer support team. Our team will guide you on returning Airwire-owned equipment (such as router/modem, if provided). 3. Refunds & Balance Amounts: Any remaining balance in your account will be reviewed.
