What happens if I move to a non-serviceable area?

At Airwire Broadband, we understand that relocation is sometimes unavoidable. If you are moving to an area where Airwire services are not yet available, here’s what you need to know:

1. Service Transfer:

  • If your new address falls within our serviceable area, we can transfer your existing connection to the new location.

  • However, if it is a non-serviceable area, we will not be able to continue your broadband services there.

2. Disconnection Process:

  • You will need to request a disconnection of your connection through our customer support team.

  • Our team will guide you on returning Airwire-owned equipment (such as router/modem, if provided).

3. Refunds & Balance Amounts:

  • Any remaining balance in your account will be reviewed.

  • If you have unused validity, Airwire may refund the balance amount on a pro-rata basis after deducting applicable charges.

  • Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method or as per company policy.

4. Devices & Security Deposit (if applicable):

  • If you paid a refundable security deposit for equipment, it will be returned once the device is collected in good condition.

5. Future Service Availability:

  • Even if your new location is not currently serviceable, you can stay updated with us. As soon as our network expands to your area, you’ll be able to reconnect without needing to re-register from scratch.

If you move to a non-serviceable area, your Airwire Broadband connection will need to be discontinued. Any eligible refunds and security deposits will be processed after equipment return and account settlement. Our team ensures the transition is smooth and transparent.
