  • We'll assist you with returning any equipment, and you will only be charged for the days you used the service.

  • Installation and connection fees (if applicable) may still apply, but ongoing charges will stop immediately upon cancellation within the guarantee window.

 What Happens During the Trial Period?

Once your service is activated:

  • You’ll have full access to the package you selected (speed, data, and features).

  • Our support team is available to help you get set up and answer any questions.

  • If you’re happy with the experience, there’s nothing more you need to do—your plan continues as normal after the 14 days.
