Will you collect the router after cancellation?

Will you collect the router after cancellation?

Yes, if you are using a router or modem provided by Airwire Broadband on a rental or ownership-return basis, our team will collect it after your connection is cancelled. The collection process is part of the standard account closure procedure to ensure that equipment is safely returned and your account is fully settled.

How it works:

  • Company-provided router/modem (on rental): If the router was issued by Airwire as part of your plan, it remains the property of the company and must be returned. Our field team will schedule a convenient time to collect the device once your cancellation request is confirmed.

  • Customer-owned router/modem: If you purchased your own router, Airwire will not collect it. The device remains your personal property, and you can continue to use it with other internet providers if compatible.

  • Security deposit (if applicable): In cases where a refundable deposit was taken for the router, the amount will be adjusted or refunded after successful return and inspection of the equipment.

  • Condition of the router: The device should be returned in good working condition. Damaged, missing, or unreturned equipment may lead to additional charges as per company policy.

Please ensure that the router, adapter, and accessories (like power cables) are available during collection to avoid delays or deductions.
