Can I transfer my broadband to another user?

Yes, at Airwire Broadband you can request to transfer your broadband connection to another user, subject to certain terms and conditions. We understand that situations change—whether you’re relocating, shifting ownership of a property, or simply wish to hand over the connection to someone else.

  • Ownership Transfer Process – To initiate a transfer, both the existing user and the new user need to submit a written request or authorization with valid proof of identity and address. This ensures that the new user’s details are correctly updated in our system.
  • Outstanding Dues – Before the transfer can be completed, all pending bills or outstanding amounts under the current account must be cleared. The new user will then take over the service on a fresh billing cycle.
  • Security Deposit / Advance – If you have paid a refundable deposit, it will either be settled against your final bill or transferred to the new user’s account, depending on the agreement between both parties and Airwire’s policy.
  • Router / Device – If the device provided belongs to Airwire on a rental basis, it can continue to be used by the new user. If the device is owned by the customer, you may choose to hand it over or keep it separately.
  • Availability Check – The new user must fall within our serviceable area. If the location is outside Airwire’s coverage, the transfer will not be possible, but we will assist with alternative options.

Our goal is to make the transfer process smooth and transparent, ensuring uninterrupted service for the new user.
