 Do you charge for disconnection?

Airwire Broadband is a fast-growing internet service provider committed to delivering reliable, high-speed connectivity for homes and businesses. With advanced network infrastructure and cutting-edge technology, we ensure smooth streaming, seamless browsing, and uninterrupted work-from-home experiences.

Our services are designed to meet diverse needs — from basic internet plans for everyday users to premium high-speed packages for gamers, streamers, and enterprises. We pride ourselves on quick installation, responsive customer support, and transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

At Airwire, we believe that internet is more than just a service — it’s the backbone of modern life. That’s why we work tirelessly to provide consistent speeds, minimal downtime, and prompt technical assistance whenever needed.

Whether you’re looking for hassle-free connectivity, flexible plans, or dependable support, Airwire Broadband is your trusted partner in keeping you connected to what matters most.

At Airwire Broadband, we do not charge any separate disconnection fee if you decide to discontinue your service. However, there are a few important points to note:

  1. Pending Dues – Any outstanding bills or usage charges up to the date of disconnection must be cleared before the service can be officially terminated.

  2. Refund of Advance/Balance – If you have paid in advance for a long-term plan, the eligible balance amount will be refunded after adjusting for the usage and notice period (if applicable).

  3. Equipment Return – In case Airwire has provided you with a router or any other device on rental/returnable basis, the equipment must be handed back in good condition. If the device is not returned or is found damaged, applicable recovery charges may apply.

  4. Notice Period – Some plans require a short notice period before disconnection. If the service is terminated without serving the notice, the charges for that notice period may be adjusted from the refund.

Airwire does not levy a direct disconnection fee, but any pending dues, device non-return, or notice period adjustments may reflect in your final settlement.
