What is the notice period for cancellation?

At Airwire Broadband, we strive to make the cancellation process simple and transparent for our customers. If you wish to discontinue your broadband connection, you are required to provide a minimum of 7 days’ prior notice before the intended date of disconnection. This notice period helps us process your request smoothly, ensure that all dues are settled, and arrange for equipment recovery (if any devices such as routers or modems are provided on rental/returnable basis).

Please note:

  • If you have opted for a long-term plan (quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly), the cancellation will be effective after the notice period, but any unused balance is non-refundable, unless otherwise mentioned in your plan’s terms.

  • For monthly subscribers, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no pro-rata refund will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

  • In case of security deposits, the refundable amount (if applicable) will be processed once the notice period is completed and equipment is returned in proper condition.

To raise a cancellation request, you can contact our customer support team via phone 080-46990699, email support@airwirebb.com, or the Airwire mobile app https://airwire.nedataa.com/. Our team will guide you through the disconnection procedure and update you on the final settlement details.
