Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

At Airwire Broadband, we follow a transparent policy regarding cancellations and refunds. If you decide to discontinue your service before the end of your active billing cycle, the refund eligibility will depend on the type of plan and payment you have made:

  1. Monthly / Short-Term Plans

    • If you are on a monthly plan, the subscription amount paid is generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You can continue using the service until the end of your current cycle.

  2. Long-Term / Prepaid Plans (3, 6, or 12 months)

    • For customers who have opted for long-term prepaid plans, a refund may be possible for the unused portion of your subscription, subject to:

      • Settlement of any outstanding dues.

      • Return of Airwire-owned equipment (router/modem) in proper working condition.

      • Deduction of applicable installation, activation, or promotional discounts already availed.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once your disconnection request is approved and all clearances are completed, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, or card).

  4. Non-Refundable Charges

    • Please note that installation fees, one-time charges, and already-used billing periods are non-refundable.

  5. How to Apply for a Refund

At Airwire, our goal is customer satisfaction. If you are considering an early cancellation due to a service issue, we encourage you to first contact our support team — in many cases, we can resolve technical concerns or suggest a more suitable plan without needing to cancel.
