Yes — Airwire Broadband is pleased to run a Referral Rewards Program for our customers. If you refer a friend (or family member) and they successfully sign up for an active broadband plan, you become eligible for a 25 % discount on your next month’s bill. 

                                      

Below is a full explanation of how the referral discount works, eligibility, terms and conditions, and some examples.

How the Referral Program Works

  1. Sharing your referral

    • As an existing Airwire customer, you get a unique referral code or link from your account portal or via the Airwire app www.airwirebbcom.

    • You can share that link or code with a friend who is not already an Airwire customer.

  2. New customer signs up

    • The friend signs up using your referral code or link, and their account becomes active (i.e. they make the first successful payment, installation is completed, etc.).

    • The signup must meet any minimum criteria (e.g. commit to a plan for a certain period, or accept the standard terms).

  3. Discount is granted

    • Once the referral is validated (i.e. the new customer’s account is confirmed, payments are processed, etc.), you become eligible for a 25 % discount on your upcoming monthly bill.

    • The discount is applied on the next billing cycle, not retroactively to past bills.

    • For example, if you refer someone in mid-June and they convert to a paying customer, your July bill will have the 25 % discount applied (subject to timing and billing cutoffs).

  4. Validity & limits

    • The referral must be successful (i.e. the new customer must complete signup and pay).

    • The discount usually applies once per referral.

    • There may be a cap on how many referral discounts you can accumulate (e.g. maximum 3 referrals per year, or maximum 3 discounts).

    • The referred user may also receive a benefit—e.g. a small discount on their first bill—but that depends on current promotions.

Eligibility & Terms

  • The person you refer must not already be an Airwire customer at the time of referral.

  • The referred user must sign up using your referral code or link, so the system knows to attribute the referral to you.

  • The referral must result in a valid, active subscription (i.e. full activation, first payment, or minimum commitment) before the discount is awarded.

  • The 25 % discount is only for one billing period (i.e. only the next month) and does not carry forward to further months (unless otherwise stated).

  • The discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions for that same billing period (unless explicitly allowed).

  • You must have an active account in good standing (no outstanding dues or pending disconnection) to receive the referral discount.
