  1. Current Plan Doesn’t Qualify?

    • If you're on a monthly (1‑month) plan, OTT is not included—this offer applies only to 3‑month or longer subscriptions 

  2. Want to Grab OTT as an Existing Customer?

    • You’ll need to upgrade or renew your plan with a minimum 3-month commitment.

    • Once your renewed or upgraded plan meets that criterion, you become eligible to activate the free OTT bundle.

                        

How to Upgrade or Renew

  • Via Airwire App:
    Open the Airwire app → www.airwirebb.com → go to Plan Management → choose a 3‑month or longer plan (e.g., Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Amaze, Ultra, Giga) → confirm the change.

  • By Calling Customer Support:
    Dial +91 95914 22121 or 080‑46990699, request an upgrade to a ≥3‑month plan, and the support team will set it up.

 After Upgrading—What Next?

Once you successfully shift to a multi-month plan:

  • You’ll become eligible for the OTT bundle.

  • Activation steps (via app or SMS/OTP) will become available—similar to the process for new customers.

  • If OTT doesn't activate automatically, you can reach out to support via app, email, or phone to have it added.
