How do I return equipment if I cancel?
If you decide to cancel your Airwire Broadband service, returning our equipment is a straightforward process designed to be as hassle-free as possible.
1. Notify Us of Your Cancellation
Before returning any equipment, please contact our Customer Support team to formally cancel your service. You can reach us by phone or email, and we’ll guide you through the cancellation process. Once your account is closed, we’ll confirm what equipment needs to be returned.
2. What Equipment Needs to Be Returned?
Typically, you’ll need to return the following items:
-
Airwire modem/router
-
Power adapters and any provided cables
-
Any additional devices loaned as part of your service (e.g., Wi-Fi extenders, external antennas, etc.)
Please ensure all components are returned in good working condition to avoid charges.
3. How to Return the Equipment
Once your cancellation is confirmed:
-
By Post: We will provide you with a return shipping label via email or mail. Pack the equipment securely and affix the label to the package. Then drop it off at your nearest post office or designated return location.
-
In-Person Drop-Off: Alternatively, you can return the equipment in person at one of our designated return points. Our support team will provide you with the closest available location.
4. Return Deadline
Equipment must be returned within 14 days of your service cancellation date. Failure to return equipment within this time frame may result in a non-return fee, which will be charged to your final bill.
5. What Happens After the Return?
Once we receive and inspect the returned equipment:
-
Your account will be updated to reflect the return.
-
Any refundable deposits (if applicable) will be processed and returned to you.
-
You’ll receive a confirmation email for your records.
