At Airwire Broadband, we understand how important your email ID may be for communication and online services. However, please note that email services provided through your Airwire Broadband account are linked directly to your active broadband subscription.

If your account is cancelled: The email ID associated with your Airwire account will be deactivated once the service is permanently closed. This means you will no longer be able to send, receive, or access emails from that address.

Before cancelling: We recommend backing up all important emails, contacts, or files associated with your Airwire email ID. You can also set up an alternate email (such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo) and update it with banks, social media, and other essential services before your Airwire account is cancelled.

Temporary disconnection or suspension: If your connection is paused or temporarily suspended (and not fully cancelled), your email ID usually remains active, but full access may depend on the status of your account.
If retaining your email access is essential, we advise creating a personal email ID on a free public email service and migrating your data before requesting cancellation.
