What happens if I miss a payment?

At Airwire Broadband, we understand that sometimes payments can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. However, to ensure uninterrupted service, it’s important to keep your broadband account active by paying on time. Here’s what happens if you miss a payment:

1. Grace Period (If Applicable):

Depending on your plan and location, a short grace period of 1–2 days may be allowed after the due date. During this time, your service may still remain active, but we recommend clearing the payment immediately to avoid disruption.

2. Temporary Service Suspension:

If the payment is not made within the grace period:

  • Your internet connection will be suspended automatically.

  • You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp/email reminder about the pending dues.

  • No data usage will be allowed until the account is recharged.

3. Reactivation After Payment:

Once the payment is successfully made:

  • Your broadband connection will be automatically restored within minutes.

  • In case of delay, you can contact our support team for manual reactivation.

4. Late Payment Charges (if applicable):

Some plans or locations may have a late fee or reactivation charge after a certain number of days. These charges (if any) will be mentioned in your invoice or customer agreement.

5. How to Avoid Service Disruption:
  • Set up payment reminders.

  • Opt for auto-renewal or advance payment (available on request).

  • Use our online payment portal for quick and secure payments.
