Airwire Broadband offers multiple convenient payment options to suit your preferences:

1. Online Payments via Customer Portal

  • Access the Portal: Visit the airwire.nedataa.com/customer_portal

  • Login Options:

    • Username & Password: Enter your credentials to access your account.

    • OTP Login: Use your registered mobile number to receive a One-Time Password for login.

  • Payment Methods:

    • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards.

    • Net Banking: Select from a list of supported banks.

    • UPI: Use UPI apps like BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.

    • Paytm Wallet: Pay directly using your Paytm balance.

2. UPI & QR Code Payments

  • Scan & Pay: Use your preferred UPI app to scan the provided QR code for quick payments.

  • Supported Apps: BHIM UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Cred.

  • Post-Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, it's advisable to send the payment details to Airwire's customer support for confirmation. 

3. Direct Bank Transfers

  • Bank Details: Obtain Airwire's bank account details from the customer portal or by contacting customer support.

  • Transfer Funds: Use NEFT/RTGS or IMPS to transfer the payment directly.

  • Reference: Include your customer ID or registered mobile number in the transaction remarks.

  • Confirmation: Share the transaction details with Airwire's support team for acknowledgment.

 Billing & Invoices

  • Invoice Access: Log in to the Customer Portal to view and download your invoices.

  • Payment History: Track your past payments and billing history within the portal.
