Yes, Airwire Broadband offers in-person support when it’s needed. While many issues can be resolved remotely through our technical support team, there are situations where an on-site visit is the best or only solution—particularly for installation, equipment faults, or connection problems that require physical inspection.

If our support team determines that your issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for one of our trained field technicians to visit your home or business. Our in-person support covers a wide range of services, including:

  • Installation of new equipment or upgrades

  • Diagnosing and repairing physical connection issues

  • Signal or coverage assessments for wireless broadband

  • On-site troubleshooting for persistent connectivity problems

We aim to schedule technician visits as quickly as possible—typically within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your location and the urgency of the issue. Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to minimise wait times.

Please note that in-person visits are usually scheduled during standard business hours. Some services, such as installations or complex repairs, may require a call-out fee, which our team will always discuss with you in advance.
