If you’re currently on a wireless or legacy broadband plan and fiber has recently become available in your location, you may be eligible to upgrade to one of our high-speed fiber broadband packages.

How to Request a Fiber Upgrade

If fiber is available at your address, upgrading is easy:

    We’ll verify availability and determine if any installation work is required.

  2. Choose a Fiber Plan
    We’ll walk you through our current fiber packages — including speeds up to 1Gbps — and help you choose the right fit.

  3. Schedule Installation
    A technician may need to install new equipment (such as an ONT or fiber modem). We’ll arrange an appointment at a time that suits you.

  4. Enjoy Ultra-Fast Internet!
    Once installed, you’ll be switched over to your new fiber service and can enjoy improved speed and reliability immediately.

Costs and Contract Terms

  • Upgrade Fee: In most cases, the upgrade is free or offered at a reduced cost — especially if fiber is newly available in your area. Any applicable installation fees will be clearly explained in advance.

  • Plan Changes: Your monthly price may change depending on the fiber plan you select. Our team will give you a full breakdown before you commit.

  • New Contract: A fiber upgrade may require a new 12-month or 24-month contract, depending on the plan and location.
