Yes, in many cases you can use your own router with Airwire Broadband, but it depends on the type of service you’re receiving.

If you're using our wireless broadband service, Airwire will install a specific outdoor receiver that connects to a router inside your home. While we typically supply a compatible router as part of the installation, you are welcome to use your own—provided it meets the technical requirements and is compatible with our system. Our support team can guide you on the correct settings, such as PPPoE login credentials or static IP configurations if needed.

For fibre or other wired services, the same applies: you can usually use your own router, but we recommend checking with us first to ensure compatibility, especially for services requiring VLAN tagging or other specific settings.
