You can request an account transfer if:

  • You are moving out and want to pass the service to someone staying at the same address.

  • There is a change in household responsibility, such as a housemate or family member taking over billing and service management.

Account transfers are only permitted with the consent of both the current and the new account holder.

2. How the Process Works

To transfer your Airwire Broadband account, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Airwire Support:
    Reach out to our customer service team by phone or email to request a transfer form(080-46990699).

  2. Provide Required Details:
    Both parties (current and new account holder) will need to complete a short form and provide:

    • Full name and contact details of the new account holder

    • Valid proof of identity (e.g., photo ID)

    • Agreement to Airwire’s terms and conditions

  3. Review of Account Status:
    The account must be in good standing (no overdue balances) for the transfer to proceed.

  4. Transfer Confirmation:
