Yes, you can cancel your Airwire Broadband service, but there are a few important details to keep in mind depending on your contract type.
1. No-Contract (Rolling Monthly) Customers
If you signed up for a no-contract plan, you're free to cancel at any time with just 30 days' notice. This gives you flexibility and peace of mind if your circumstances change — whether you're moving house, switching providers, or no longer need broadband service.
To cancel:

Your final bill will cover the 30-day notice period.

We’ll provide instructions on returning any Airwire equipment if applicable.
2. Fixed-Term Contract Customers (e.g. 12 or 18 Months)
If you're on a fixed-term contract, you may still cancel at any time, but early termination fees may apply. These are based on the remaining months of your agreement and help cover the costs of providing subsidised installation or equipment.
