What happens if I move house during my contract with Airwire Broadband?
At Airwire, we understand that circumstances can change, and moving home is sometimes unavoidable. If you’re an existing customer and planning to move house during your contract, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Contact Us as Early as Possible
If you’re planning a move, please contact our customer support team at least 2–3 weeks in advance of your moving date. This allows us enough time to check service availability at your new address and schedule any necessary installation or setup.
2. Service Availability Check
Once you notify us, we’ll check whether Airwire service is available at your new location:

If service is available: We’ll arrange to transfer your existing contract and set up your broadband at the new address. In many cases, we can do this with little to no disruption.

If service is not available: We’ll discuss your options. Depending on the circumstances and remaining time on your contract, there may be a relocation or cancellation fee, especially if your location falls outside our coverage area.
3. Equipment Transfer
You’ll typically be asked to bring your existing router and equipment with you unless otherwise instructed. Our team will advise if new hardware or a different setup is required at your new home.
4. Contract Continuation
Your contract term continues at your new address. For example, if you have six months left on your agreement, that same time will carry over after you move.
5. Fees and Charges
In most cases, relocating your service is free, especially if we can provide the same level of service at your new address. However, charges may apply in some scenarios, such as:

Early termination (if you choose not to continue service)
